Helping people to see through a different lens, so they can be better leaders or performers at work, or be happier in their lives overall. Providing off the shelf or customised training to help: - Improve selling skills and negotiation and closing capabilities. - Support teams and individuals create and deliver more impactful presentations and business meetings (in-person and virtually) - Enable people to be more productive through better time management, prioritisation and boundary setting - Guide new and experienced Leaders through the myriad of tasks and skills required to support them as a great leader / manager - Bring teams together, engaging them to be more effective by playing to their strengths We also provide 1:1 and team coaching and mentoring in areas of: - Sales coaching - Mindset coaching - Life coaching - Career / new business crossroads As Sam is certified and experienced in group facilitation, train the trainer and online facilitation; all services can be offered in-person or virtually.
