Well and Good, opened in 1997 by owner Jill Bell, is East Cork's longest established health food shop. We are full members of the Irish Association of Health Stores. All staff have studied for professional qualifications, and we continually update our skills to underline our commitment to product knowledge and the well-being of our customers.
Encouraging people to take responsibility for their own well being is central to Well and Good's ethos. We offer a wide range of foods, welcoming customers with special diets. as well as healthfood supplements, alongside high quality skincare, and eco-friendly cleaning products, and customers enjoy browsing our range of fairtrade and Irish-made crafts, cards and giftware.
